3,200 Utahns Benefit From 2025 Angel Tree (Clone)

This year, 1,600 children and 1,600 senior citizens benefited from The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program in Utah. We also received over $44,000 in monetary donations. Cyprus Credit Union is a proud supporter of Angel Tree, and we’re always thrilled to have joined with so many generous members of the public to make this possible. Thanks to all of you, the holidays were brighter for thousands of Utahns.
The Angel Tree program provides holiday gifts to senior citizens and children of local families in need. While anyone interested in contributing to the program can make a monetary donation online, those who would like a more hands-on experience can visit Angel Tree sponsors, such as Cyprus Credit Union. Every year, most Cyprus CU locations feature a Christmas tree decorated with tags, each bearing the name of a child (referred to as an “Angel”), their age, and the items they need or would like for the holidays. Anyone can “adopt an Angel” by selecting a tag, purchasing the listed items, and returning them to the sponsor.
For those interested in donating or adopting an Angel, note that the 2025 Angel Tree program has concluded.
Elk Ridge Middle School Shows Out for Angel Tree
For the past few years, Elk Ridge Middle School faculty and students have donated their time to shop for Angels. Student body officers learn the value of serving the community and discover ways to give back to those who need it most. We thank them for their generosity and their pledge to make a difference for many Utahns this season.

Cyprus Credit Union is proud to have sponsored Angel Tree during the past two decades. Cyprus employees decorate the trees, volunteer to package gifts at the Angel Tree warehouse, and shop for Angels’ gifts.
