Current mortgage rates have some prospective homeowners wondering if they should wait before taking the leap toward buying a house. But for others, there's welcome news from Utah Housing Corporation (UHC).

UHC is currently offering up to $20,000 of assistance to first-time homebuyers. Known as the Program Assistance loan or “Program Assistance,” this limited offer is available to Utah residents who close on new construction or newly constructed homes after July 1, 2023. Other conditions and qualifications apply.
